Genesis Today
While working for Genesis Today I was assigned the task of rebranding the entire line of products, including the logo, packaging, marketing materials and all digital content. The process took almost two years to complete and it was my first experience creating landing pages for Amazon.com. I feel I delivered a much cleaner and more elegant design that stood out on the shelf from other competing products.
Pure Health
While at Genesis Today I was also responsible for all creative and design for their sister brand Pure Health. I designed labels and marketing materials for all existing products while also expanding the line with an array of other new products.
Store Displays
Both Genesis Today and Pure Health were sold in U.S. national chain stores such as Walmart, Target, Sam's Club and Costco.
I was responsible for creating POP displays for both brands starting with concept, design, photography, through to printing and construction.
Whole Foods
Whole Foods Market decided to change their original look to something new after 20 years of their existing design. I was part of a small team that was responsible for redesigning and rebranding more than 3,000 in house products ranging from cosmetics to ice cream on a wide variety of substrates. A large portion of products were done in both English and French because many were sold in Canada. This was done over a three year period while marketing materials were also updated simultaneously.
CVS Pharmacy
CVS is a national U.S. pharmacy chain founded in 1963 and now has over 9,600 stores with some now located in Canada. I was responsible for a regulatory update needed to approximately 200 products. The update required full to partial redesigns adhering to strict U.S. FDA regulations in addition to keeping with their brand standards. I completed the updates in less than 12 months.
Home Decor
My first two graphic design roles were with two different Home Decor companies, Pinnacle Frames and Burnes of Boston. I was a graphic designer and photographer at both which gave me excellent first hand experience right out of university. It was extremely rewarding to see my designs on the shelves of both Walmart and Target in addition to sharpening my product photography skills. I was most proud being responsible for a sustainable line of decor made from bamboo shown below.
